Revision Policy

At Thesis Writing Services UK, we want every customer to receive support that follows the agreed instructions. If your delivered work needs changes based on the original brief, you can request a revision under the terms listed below.

Please read this Revision Policy before placing an order. It explains when revisions are free, when extra charges may apply, and how revision requests should be submitted.

Clause #01

Free revisions are accepted only when the requested changes match the original order instructions. If the delivered work misses a confirmed requirement, citation style, formatting rule, or file instruction shared before the order started, our team will review and correct it.

For standard orders, revision requests should be raised within 30 days of delivery. For thesis, dissertation, PhD, or long-form research orders, the revision window may extend up to 60 days, depending on the order type and agreed terms.

Clause #02

Revision turnaround depends on the length of the document, the type of changes requested, the academic level, and the availability of clear feedback.

Minor revisions may be completed within 24 to 72 hours. Larger chapter-level revisions, detailed formatting checks, reference corrections, or supervisor-comment based changes may take longer. If you need urgent revision support, mention this clearly when submitting your feedback.

Clause #03

A revision is not the same as a new order. If your revision request includes a new topic, new research question, new case study, new software requirement, new sources, new academic level, new country focus, or a different structure that was not included in the original order, it will be treated as fresh work.

In such cases, our team may provide a new price quote before starting.

Clause #04

If you change your instructions after delivery, the request will not qualify as a free revision. This includes changes to the title, methodology, word count, citation style, chapter outline, research approach, data requirements, or supervisor instructions that were not provided before the original work began.

We can still help with these changes, but they may require an additional fee and a new deadline.

Clause #05

All revision requests must be shared through our official communication channels, preferably by email or the customer support system. This helps us keep a proper record of your comments, files, and requested changes.

Revision requests shared only through phone calls, social media, WhatsApp, or live chat may not be treated as official until they are confirmed by email.

Clause #06

Please provide clear, specific, and complete feedback when requesting a revision. General comments such as “this is not good,” “change everything,” or “I expected something else” may delay the process because they do not explain what needs to be changed.

Helpful revision feedback should include marked sections, supervisor comments, missing instructions, file notes, or exact points that need correction.

Clause #07

Only one complete set of revision instructions can be handled in one revision cycle. If you send extra comments after the revision has already started, those comments may be moved to a new revision cycle.

To avoid delays, collect all your comments first and send them together in one clear message.

Clause #08

Your availability during the revision process is important. If our team or assigned expert asks a question and you do not respond on time, the revision deadline may be affected.

We are not responsible for missed personal, university, or submission deadlines caused by late customer replies, missing files, unclear feedback, or delayed approval.

Clause #09

Supervisor feedback can be used for revision only when it relates to the original order brief. If your supervisor asks for changes that introduce new research, a new direction, extra sources, additional analysis, or a different structure, those changes may be treated as new work.

We recommend sharing supervisor comments as soon as possible so our team can review whether they fall under free revision or paid revision.

Clause #10

Formatting and referencing revisions are accepted if the required style was confirmed before the order started. This may include Harvard, APA, MLA, Chicago, OSCOLA, Vancouver, IEEE, or university-specific guidelines.

If the citation style or formatting guide is changed after delivery, the update may require an additional fee.

Clause #11

We reserve the right to decline a free revision request if:

  • The request is outside the revision period.
  • The delivered work follows the original brief.
  • The customer is asking for new work.
  • The customer provides unclear or incomplete feedback.
  • The request conflicts with the agreed instructions.
  • The work has already been approved or used.
  • The revision request is made in bad faith.

If a free revision is not approved, our support team may still suggest a paid solution where possible.

Clause #12

Revision requests do not automatically qualify for refunds. If an issue can be corrected through revision, our team will first offer revision support.

Refund claims are handled under our Refund Policy. A refund may only be considered if the issue cannot be corrected and the quality assurance team confirms that the delivered work failed to follow the agreed brief.

We provide ethical thesis support, academic editing, proofreading, formatting, referencing, and research guidance for undergraduate, Master’s, MPhil, and PhD students across the UK.
